Safety
At ADI, Safety is our number one priority.
Our surveyor will carryout an initial risk assessment, whch will consider all aspects of safety:
This will include; The vulnerabilities and physical needs of people will be using the entrance, is the door a fire door, does the door open onto people standing at the intercom etc.
He will then use all of this information to formulate a specification which provides you with the best level of safety for your automatic doors.
As a minimum level of safety we will fit always fit a hinge guard, which prevents fingers being trapped in the back of the door.
We will always fit EN16005 compliant safety sensors on both sides of the door, to stop the door instantly if an obstacles or person is detected too close to the moving door leaf.
