GSM Coded Access Locks

A GSM (mobile phone network) code lock is the same as a standard coded access system, but the codes can be changed, deleted or added  remotely form anywhere in the world. They can be used in conjunction with any type of electronic locking, such as an electric strike, mag-lock, motorised lock mechanism. Quite often coded access is combined with a door entry system to allow residents of an apartment or office block a way to unlock the door without having keys or fobs. A code can be given to people such as postal workers or carers to gain access.

One problem with coded access can be that if the code is found out by too many people, this  reduces  the security to a point where it is no longer effective, however the codes on a GSM based coded access system can easily change by ADI via web access. The user or master codes  can be easily changed without the need for a visit by an engineer.

We can also impose time / date  restrictions on certain codes to prevent access by persons outside of their authorised hours for being in the building. We can also create a customer web portal if you would prefer to manage the system yourself.

The GSM code lock can be added to most existing door entry systems to give an alternative way to unlock the door.

It  can be time sensitive  to control when the codes can be used. Making it ideal for offices or factories to restrict access to employees outside of working hours.
